I've had a turkey sandwich.   :-\
Had too much fruit and yogurt lunch time and my stomach was soooo painful. :'(
Found out the buscopan so now it's easing.
Think I need to knock the fruit on the head.   ::)

MayB jillydoll make a list of what you eat/drink for 3 days.

I've had to cut out all shop produced cakes.  The added sugars and fats slow down my digestion.  N Ys Eve was dire  :'(, no pain fortunately but lots of trapped wind = nausea++.  For 3 hours  :'(

I cut out yoghurt and olives as they were 'sticking' in the digestive process.  Fruit makes me windy, I had an unripe pear as part of my lunch and have had wind since.   :o :(

So my Chef's attempts at stir fried chicken wasn't really appreciated from this side of the table  :'(

Yeah CLKD, it was the fruit I'd eaten for two days. No more for me.  :-\

Cooking tonight,
Minted lamb chops with roasted carrots &  broccoli, & mashed potatoes for myself and son.
Cottage pie with carrots and peas for OH.

Yum. I'm coming to yours Jill. Cottage pie or lamb chops. I love both 😋..
It's boring old roast chicken, baked potato and green salad tonight.  :(

Hot air fryer. [ what are we cooking tonight ? ]
« Reply #3295 on: January 26, 2024, 06:31:45 PM »

A few weeks ago DH invested in an air fryer thingy and is experimenting with various veg, chips and meats. We have a good butcher locally, yesterday we bought a lot of different joints, sausages etc..   This afternoon he put a joint of pork in, within 20 mins the crackling was beginning to bubble  8).  The meat is sweet, tender and the crackling: well everyone got a piece when I bit into mine  ;D.  1.25 mins and the joint was ready to eat with chips in the other compartment.  It does Yorkshires in 6 mins  :-*
