I did pulled pork in BBQ sauce and rice.  Then we had some persimmon fruit as they were reduced and too good a bargain to miss.

oh nooooo back to cooking again,just going to chuck something simple in the oven,where's the chef when you need him

You should  smell my kitchen. i have made a huge chicken in red wine casserole for tonight. Carrots, white and red onions, parsnips, leeks, red peppers.  Put red wine in plus some leftover mulled wine.  Just going to pop some jacket spuds in.

The older I get the harder I find it is to make anything different
