Messy critter
DH cooked freshly caught trout with sweet corn on the cob and runner beans, slathered with butter and black pepper. Stuffed now but I managed a profiterole

Yes know what you mean...we were told to do these things with our kids, no wonder they wouldn't eat certain foods after.....

We had a lovely meal last night curtesy of the deli at farm shop, veg samosa, pork pie, sausage roll, ginger, lime & chilli chicken kebabs
with salad & coleslaw.

Curry is good to eat in the heat. With boiled rice and naan bread? It forces the body to sweat which is cooling.
Oven is on, pizza in ........ then it will be out to the patio ......
