A whole one 

DH baked the small trout caught yesterday soaked in lemon juice in the oven wrapped in foil [that's the fish not the oven]
Oven chips
Frozen peas boiled gently

CLKD, my mouth is watering reading about the trout. When OH gets up think its scrambled eggs and trout for us (fast day! so that will be us till dinner).

Roast chicken, baked potatoes, broccoli and carrots

Mince & tatties for OH & I did deep fried Brie for me

How can you deep fry cheese?

Well,you cut it into bits,roll it in flour,then egg,then breadcrumbs,then the egg and breadcrumbs again then into the frying pan,you've to catch it before all the Brie escapes & I make a raspberry sauce to dip it in,yum 😋

Nooooooo not the same as Stilton,it's a soft creamy cheese

Only ever had Stilton.....no, not for me.

The blue stuff is Stilton but Brie doesn't have any blue in it,it's not really got much of a taste,just lovely and creamy

Oh, I'm with ya now...I thought Brie had blue stuff in it...
I only eat mature cheddar, that's as far as my taste buds take me....
