DH chopped ginger, garlic, chicken; stir fried with red/yellow peppers, salt and pepper.  Cooked gently for 30 mins. served with boiled new potatoes.

Roast chicken for OH and MIL, with boiled spuds, carrots , runner beans, broccoli.
And, belly pork slices for me and son, with same veg...

It was horrible! 😂🤣😂🤣😂
