That reminds me: we went to a cafe a few years ago and the produce was locally sourced: when asked, the waitress told us 'tesco  :o ......

I went to some cafe or other and it said home made soup,so I asked if it was suitable for vegetarians and the assistant said, I'll just go and check, she came back and said, can't see anything on the packet 😳😆

I think so,but wheat free stuff isn't that great,I now long for a bit of bread and butter ☹️ Although I made the pizza base with that flour and it turned out really nice.
On a Monday especially,I'd go to Tesco and without a doubt I'd be in and out of their loos, haven't done that since I started the diet,so fingers crossed

That has to be a positive.  It's early days can you tart up the new diet with salt/pepper/ginger/garlic?

Yes I suppose so,also I've stopped nuts,my daughter halved a peanut and rubbed it on my hand and a few minutes later a rash appeared and it was sore,so what did they do to my guts?inflammation? Anyway, I like cooking and experimenting,I'm sure I won't go hungry and I can still eat chocolate and crisps.........bonus 😆

Nuts have lots of energy and oils in ........ but many people World wide are allergic to them.

I've eaten 3 Brazils this evening for pudding.  Oh and a small piece of nut chocolate.
