Tbh, I don't eat a lot of meat anyway.
I could eat just veg when I cook dinners.
Trouble with me is, I analyse what it actually is I'm cooking, and it turns my stomach.
But I still eat a little bit, don't quite know how that works, but that's it.
I particularly hate cooking a whole chicken, now that does make me 🤢🤢🤮
I think it's only because I cook for everyone else, if it was just for me, I'd probably never buy meat....im not overly keen on any meat...

When I very first started cooking for my OH I was an nightmare,being veggie for 25 years I'd never even handled meat(shut up Jill) this day I thought I'd try cooking a steak so I placed it on a plate to take it to cooker,did a bit not touch my hand and I was waaaaaaaa yuuuuk OMG!!! Then dropped it on floor,I was Making such a noise,my OH came zooming through from the other room,saw the blood everywhere and went into panic,where have you injured yourself,let me see.i just stood there whining like a child going “the meat touched my hand” lol I'm ok now though,the only thing I absolutely refuse to make is kidneys 🤢🤮even thinking about them 🤮

I have to fancy fish , can't do the smell, and even then it's only cod...nothing fancy....

It's a Nigella recipe - chicken thighs with pancetta, spring onion, wine, tomatoes & seasoning - very yummy

OH having chicken wrapped in prosciutto stuffed with cream cheese and garlic,I'm having a cop out tonight,quorn roast with mashed potatoes,Yorkshire puds,peas and sweetcorn
