Will the lamb go into the freezer then or slow cooked and put into portions?

I'm having a baked potato, and salad tonight, that's all I fancy.!
I had a cheese and crisp sandwich at 2, so just not feeling hungry.
fruit n yogurt later.....

Sorry you're still feeling poorly Lanza, your lamb roast will do you wonders.  :bighug:

Didn't have baked potato, just had a big bowl mixed fruit and Greek yogurt.

1..couldn't be bothered to do it.(even though I was doing son's..) ????
2..didn't really fancy it, just felt like eating fruit.....?
3..I'll probably be starving later, so then what....?  😲

Pancakes?  Make them now so that they are ready, the mix will keep in the fridge for 2-morrow
