Just put a huge cottage pie in oven. had some mince that needed eating up before tomorrow. Was going to make spag bol but we've had loads of pasta and rice lately.

Cooking Sunday roast today.

Slow cooked beef,
Mashed potato, roasted potatoes, roasted carrots,
mashed swede, cauliflower cheese, cabbage, broccoli.
Yorkshire puds.

Nearly had a disaster. Forgot to switch the slow cooker on at the socket. Luckily I spotted it pretty quickly.
