Strange you mention this because I've had a blonde cluster either side of my top lip since I started on HRT Premarin which was 24 years ago and used to have to shave it off every 2 weeks. I'm being weaned off by my Dr at the moment and have reduced down to the medium dose and have noticed a definite reduction in the lip hair so fingers crossed it goes when I eventually get off it for good.
