fineley chopped chicken stir fried with mixed veg., ginger and garlic accompanied by boiled fresh green beans and boiled fresh red beet. Himself had freshly caught cray fish with pasta ..........

Sausage and Vegetable casserole.
Vegs are Aubergine, Courgette, Onion, Pepper and Tomato. They are sliced and layered with seasoned cornflour over layers. It tastes good, but I have a horrible suspicion it might be healthy

This is nice, i'll have to study it when i have more time. We are having minced beef casserole and afterwards i have made a blackberry and apple crumble with blackberries that i picked from wild brambles up a public footpath where i live
