A little bit of what you fancy does you good
My crowd occasionally like a fry up for dinner. Bacon sausages eggs beans and hash browns. Not healthy although I grill everything but the eggs
. Once in a blue moon does not hurt.

Managed the whole lot on my own. Not very often I have a good appetite but when I do I go for it big style!

We're not having a healthy tea tonight. Going to the chip shop.
Only do it once in a while just for a change. Friday night is our carry out night.

Going to make braised red cabbage a la Delia later. Never cooked it before, but one of the old boys at the allotments gave us a couple of red cabbages the other day. Will have it with slow cooked pork shoulder steaks, as they can cook alongside the cabbage, with baked potatoes.
