Will the ewes be moved down? I remember in 1963 sheep managed to find air pockets against hedgerows so survived. It's when the fleece gets wet that they struggle more.

Can U C the flock from the farm house? I've been watching Matt Baker on his parents' farm, rebuilding etc; it's been interesting. How over the years walls, buildings etc. get left because farming life is so busy ........ I love watching the lambs growing up when DH is fishing

Here in the Midlands it's drizzling. Hard. I fetched the towels off the line and put through the spinner, they weren't any drier

Now the gusts of wind are not quite as bad I’ve finally hung the wreath on the front door, if I’d have done it at the start of the week it might have ended up hundreds of miles away, its been a very stormy week

Got some more snow last night so everything is white again. Will be milder later which will melt some of the snow. Tomorrow will be 16 degrees but very very windy. Hope our snowman doesn't blow away lol
