, yet! Dull, muggy, think it's going to be another unbearable day/night - 28.5oc in the bedroom lastnight despite trying everything to cool it down & fan on all night.

Same old, same old ..... a few drops of rain earlier that didn't touch the ground

Broken sleep - blower not reaching me and it was noisy plus people leaving for work between 4.30-5.00

with radios blaring in their cars - 4 of them

Hot last night 28c in bedroom - couldn't keep air con just too noisy but I actually slept quite well, outside last night went down to 22c.
Today mainly cloudy, showers on & off 23c.

Sunshine and a few clouds earlier, but very hot, now pouring down, and thunder and lightening which i hate

Power went off this afternoon all electrics and even mobiles ,like living in a silent world, with no communication

Hello ladies

I've struggled in the this week and I'm not sure if my hot flushes and night sweats are coming back or it's just the heat. I've been waking every two hours dripping with perspiration! My friend thinks that no one in the country slept properly last and she may be right about that!

We have been watching the storm web-site - apparently there's a lot of storms 10 miles off the East Coast ......... muggy and the sky has been BLACK - then it passes over.

Your not alone Kathleen don't think anyone's slept well during this very hot weather.

Still warm but not as hot as the previous few days it's cooled down considerably now and rain is forecast overnight.
