very grey, windy and freezing. The beautiful rose bush has lost a lot of its new blooms.
Please ladies don't vote to leave the EU. I desperately need to look forward to retiring somewhere like France or Spain as I so desperately need sunshine. If we leave, anyone living there would have to pay 100% of health costs, which means unless you're super rich, you can't. At present, as EU citizens, you self fund for 5 years, then you are on the state health care under EU law.
(I don't understand why the UK doesn't just implement EU law like other states do? It's not possible any more for me to go to live in France and go straight onto their excellent NHS. It used to be but they changed domestic law).
Sorry to get sidetracked. I just crave sunshine. An elderly woman I go to hop about class with lives 6 months of the year near Valencia. She told me just how much it's helped both her and her husband's health. The Norwegians (always on about being like Norway here
) encourage their retired to go and live in warmer climates, then they pay their health costs in mainland Europe as they save on health costs!!
