Lovely blue skies but so cold. We went to Alaska earlier this year and temperature wise it was so much colder there but for some reason it feels colder here

Depends wether it's a dry cold or damp like we get in the UK - mainland Europe is usually a dry cold â€¦.

Blue skies

and a lot of frost. Very very cold. I much prefer this kind of weather but a lot of the elderly population then struggle to heat their homes.

Lovely day here. About 2 degrees, blue skies and sunshine. Went swimming outdoors in the heated pool - couldn't see who was sharing your lane as so much steam!
Much prefer this weather to the gloom and rain, although it's icier obviously

Still freezing down here in the south west - the puddle in our drive hasn't melted for two days! Felt really sorry for the birds earlier, so have treated them to our dry, left over mince pies .... just don't tell the MIL who made them

The trees are beautifully white with frost and I can enjoy the view now we have heat.
