I'm still sitting in the garden listening to the grumpy hedgehogs and the bats (bat detector box) flying around the trees. Can't see them but they're definitely there! The house is so hot and I don't feel in the least bit tired so no point in going up to bed yet. No sign of thunder or rain yet but I'll take the cushions in just in case.

Hot here too Taz.
I heard some Magpies at about 10pm creating like crazy, hubby thought that maybe an owl was in the area & that's what started them off. Couldn't see or hear one myself though.
It's 28c in here at the moment & no sign of thunder either - can't wait for it to get cooler.

Storm last night so fresher now. Not going to be quite so hot later.

Take your umberusher Cazikins, there's nothing worse than a soggy hot dog! 🤣 🙀
Have a lovely day anyway. 😉
Well, the heavens opened up earlier, but it's been nice all this afternoon, even got my washing dry. ( I've ironed it all too)

Nothing worse than a soggy hot dog that isn't cooked through !
Intermittent drizzle. Blustery showers. Windows open, curtains a-blowin ......... muggy.
