I hardly slept.  The wind moved up the house, starting by trying to get in downstairs but when those windows didn't give, it moved upwards.  I got up and made a cuppa at 4.00, checked the cat that lives outside in a box ........ she is fine.  Gale began to die down at 5.44 a.m. .  Breezy now.  Blue sky.  Sunny.

The same very windy overnight.

Surprisingly today has been a much milder day thank goodness.

Back to very cold weather accompanied bitingly cold wind and freezing rain had to de-ice the car this morning !!!

No rain no snow but grey skies puts me off going out but have to get a wriggle on and do more walking,another wrap up day but at least I can get out could be worse  ;D.
