Decidedly cooler this afternoon, I even put a sweater on.  It's dry and very little wind. With luck it stays that way, I might actually get some gardening done.

Yorkshire Girl, that reminds me of a day at work about twenty years ago, when I was a visiting music teacher at a grammar school.  It was a very warm day in early July and all the windows in the staff room were open.  After a bit, the wind got up - and I mean, really got up, so much so that everything started to blow around the room.  Being a school, of course this meant papers and work books - lots and lots of them!  Everyone's best laid piles of anything made of paper was swirling around this big staff room and landing anywhere but where it started out!  I often wonder how long it took to get it all back into order.....

It's been really windy; blustery; sunny; a mix of all 3 then flat calm .......... Summer then?

Oh god Dulciana having good old giggle over that little story!
Blue skies early on then yes wind got up clouds forming, chilly at times but pleasant in the sun out of wind, in evening clouds disappeared lovely clear skies. Some decent summer weather wouldn't go amiss!

Blustery so laundry is drying
One or two spots of drizzle passed over
Not as chilly as on Friday although I had my electric blanket on all night  :-\

CKLD I'm cold in the house, have to wear my cosy hoodie that usually only comes out in winter!!
It started off a lovely day light breeze, sunny & it felt warm by lunchtime cloudy, really windy! Getting fed up of this now it's supposed to be summer not autumnal! Why can't southern Europe send some of their heat our way!

Chilly first thing, blue sky on horizon at 7am by 9am plenty of sunshine & not as windy as previous day's! All in all a lovely day about time!
