28c here in my garden and I'm sitting under the parasol.  The patio doors are wide open, the summerhouse doors and windows are open and 5 of us have just had huge lunch.

It's been around 30 degrees for much of the day - but not a lot of sunshine. Dark thundery clouds loomed for a while but not a drop of rain - which is desperately needed - our garden is drying up!

26.5 degrees in the sitting room, having to keep the dog indoors as far too hot in the garden.  Difficult to do much without panting and sweating (me and the dog)

Supposed to go cooler from Thursday.
