No snow. Now it's blowing a gale and sleeting hard. All rail services here have stopped, all ferries off and my torch is out  ;D

The dog has asked out twice. Popped her head out the door and then changed her mind  ;D don't blame her it's coming down sideways. She is going to have to go before bed though.

Absolutely awful here. Very wild and wet and scary. We have 6 large pine and oak trees out the front and they are swaying all over the place. I can't sleep and the rain lashing against the window is not helping :(. I usually have the small window open but have had to close it.
