Temperature Minus 2 and freezing fog here in the Midlands tonight. Was -6 last night and everywhere white with frost, looking like it's snowed. Been like it a few days now but warming up this weekend to just above freezing. 🥶

Morning.  Dull.  Lower cloud.  Roofs facing North still thick frost, others have thawed.  Supposed to be up to 10 by tomorrow  :o

Yes, we've got the big thaw here too and the grey sky is back. Don't mind the cold when it's with a blue sky, hate the gloom of the grey one.

Howling - would it be noisy if there wasn't any1 around to hear it ?
No damage here, hopefully none of U have had to get up in the early hours to rescue lids from bins etc.  ;D

Blue sky.  I hung a dripping jumper out in the fresh air, then the prop broke  :( fortunately the line seems stable.   ::)

Bright red/pink sky at 6.45 a.m. now dull, like it might snow ⛄️ ❄️  :o.  High winds 4cast again.  Too cold for me to be bothered to change into working jeans and get out there  :-\


From 2.30 the drizzle has been heavy .........  :(
