Chucking it against our windows right now and very blustery  :-\.  I can hear a pot rolling around but it's in next door's alley and they have a Large Puppy  ;D who probably left it there anyway  8)

I was surprised at how cold it has been today  :o

Heavy rain from 7.30 p.m. so shrubs are dripping as are the two towels which have been on the line since Friday  ::)

Blue sky now and very pleasant.  Bird feeders refilled, they soon flocked to them  8)

Woke to rain, quite torrential  at times,  we were sat in conservatory and it was quite relaxing listening to radio.  Day 2 of lockdown 🤦🏻‍♀️
Ay brightened up a lot and nice sunshine this evening.
Clkd we have bought new bird feeders and they are very busy,  I spend ages just watching both at the birds and to make sure the cat keeps away .  It’s out of reach but you never know 🦅🦅

I spend hours watching our birds ..... both from the kitchen sink and the lounge on the other side of the house

Crikey, we've followed a hail storm, the road was 1" deep in slush  :o and the sky Black !  More rain on it's way.  Time to light the wood burner ........


Chucking it down against the window followed by blustery wind  :o ........

It has been cloudy and cool the last few days, typical for this time of year.  Now the weather people are warning of very cold temps. and maybe even snow for this weekend...TOO EARLY!! :'(

Edge of the hurricane across the US expected to cause gales++.  We got caught in a rain storm on our walk  >:( jeans still to dry.  Not cold though ......... this will bring the apples and leaves down  ;D


Have U seen Rest and Be Thankful  :o and the lower road is flooded too

We're having a weather system go through today, called an Alberta Clipper, from the prairies. In the winter these systems tend to bring tons of snow but today we are getting 60-80km/h wind gusts and this morning, heavy rain. Thankfully the rain has moved on but it is still very gusty and we are getting peeks of sunshine finally.  Temps are dropping throughout the day to about just above freezing tonight.

I spent most of the afternoon yesterday raking the leaves covering my front lawn, but after today I'm sure I'll be raking again tomorrow!

Got up and went for a run this morning at 6.00 am. Very surprised to see a slight frost on the cars and on the ground. The weather forecast said it would get down to 3 degrees C last night but it was definitely much colder. This has given my locality a wonderful blue sky with sunny spells. So good to see after all the recent heavy rainfall.
