I am trying my first Everol Conti patch (cut in half) and am feeling slightly lightheaded and dizzy. I know its too early to make any real judgement but just wondered if I should be upping to a full patch and I am feeling this way because the patch is too low??

I think you have to wait and see. It's up to three months before you know if this is the right HRT for you. How long are you going to use half a patch for? I think your doc prescribed a whole patch but I can understand your concern. Could you be anxious about trying the patches and this has led to the light headed feeling?

Thanks Taz x I have stuck the other half of the patch on this morning so we will see how it goes....What an utter lark this all is

Hi Menopausalalways,
I just wanted stop say that my first day on 75mcg estrodot patch had me feeling very lightheaded and off balance and slight vertigo.....it eased off by the following day but I still get moments similar to it. It's all very strange. On the days I change my patches I get waves of being light headed.
