Anglfrmhvn69, I can relate to those readings and I'm glad they used pg/mL to make my life easier!
Your progesterone is very slightly higher than mine but your oestrogen is considerably lower. My last oestrogen blood reading was 238 pg/mL and this is the level at which I feel very good and roughly the same as I did aged 30 and what I would call back to normal.
I wonder if your oestrogen levels are too low and that is why you are not feeling good? You need to find the right level and try to avoid going below that level if you can. When my oestrogen was (roughly) at your level, my themostat didn't work properly, I broke into a sweat far too easily and didn't have the ability to adjust to changing temperatures and I felt tinny, half baked and not quite there.
To put things into perspective, I am 55, about 10 years post menopause, use 2 pumps of Oestrogel everyday, a small bead of testosterone every day, 25mcg DHEA supplements everyday and take very little progesterone (not registered on my test results).
I hope that helps.
