I think if you could get there once you'd be fine. And you like walking, I think? You mentioned boots recently... and the wrong feet!

Really worth it if you do. One of my new year resolutions is to go on more weekend group walks with a club I belong to. Have already been on 3 such walks since early December

We love walking.  We have a tread mill [rarely used  ::)] for drizzly days.  None of these walks are close by so I have that as an excuse not to join in.  When very depressed I was unable to get out of bed and the thought of having to engage with others increased my anxiety  :sigh:

I'm joining walking group via my mental health team shortly with our local Community Development Trust.😊😊😊
