Tell us how you cope with poor sleeping

Short answer - not well

After hyster+BSO I developed sleep problems which semi-resolved after a couple of years or so.
It was mostly around getting to sleep - I could usually drop off in from of the tv! - but staying asleep was also a problem. Eventually got around 6 hours not very refreshing sleep.

After trying HRT, my sleep problems initially became better, then became much worse and several months after stopping they still haven't resolved. I get about 2 hours a night, which is hellish. It affects all aspects of daily life.

I've done a huge amount of research on things that might help, but nothing's worked so far.

I really need something, but all I've been offered is SleepStation, which I'm not impressed with and hasn't helped.
