Nas:
Do you get this on prescription? What is an MR tablet? Thanks.

discogirl:
Just wondered if anyone has tried Sleep Restriction Therapy, sleep station do it and it's meant to be very effective. Michael Mosley mentions it in his book 4 weeks to better sleep.

Kathleen:
Hello ladies.

Sleep isn't too much of a problem for me however I usually feel tired and wired during the day so perhaps the quality of my sleep isn't good even if the quantity isn't too bad. Having said all that I have been awake since 3 am,  goodness knows why!

Martha - You mentioned that you were on a ketogenic diet and I wonder if that has affected your cholesterol levels at all as I believe that can be an issue.

Take care ladies.

K.

martha:
MR is modified release. Yes I get it on prescription, but you can buy it from www.biovea.com as a food supplement. Also from www.anastore.com

The ketogenic diet usually improves cholesterol and triglyceride levels, contrary to common belief. It is sugar that is the problem, not fats.

Mariab:
I haven't slept through the night for 18 years! Since having my daughter....
But it has got worse since peri kicked in properly in 2023...I had a major breakdown and now am on ads and hrt...the ads unfortunately cause more heat so night sweats are a real problem...I can get to sleep really easily but then wake up several times during the night...I do find antihistamines help abit but male me even more sleepy the next day....
I also find it hard not to be stressed...
I cant wait until this roller coaster to stop. :)
