Dry Hair
CLKD:
I can't get on with that one ::) leaves my hair lank ......... can't bear the smell of T-tree oil either ........
Joyce:
Everyone is different. Occasionally use a deep cleansing one if it starts getting overloaded with products.
Tabbycat:
My hairdresser recommended almond oil. Rub a few drops into your hair and scalp before you go to bed (tie it back loosely if it's long enough) and then shampoo and condition it in the morning. It's an excellent conditioner, and cheap too - a small bottle lasts for ages.
Rowan:
I only use pantene clarifying shampoo, and then Garnier Ultimate Blends Lemon with Green Tea conditioner.
For added shine I use Schwarzkopf GLISS spray Shine Tonic, works every time and my hair looks healthy and shiny.
Plus what HB advises, omegas 3 and 6 capsules.
Milamam:
My hair is curly and tends to get dry a lot. I use argan oil apply to damp hair , just rub a few drops to palms. You can do this every time you wash your hair. I use Elseve total repair shampoo and hair mask . I do change shampoos on and off as I know hair gets used to one type and it becomes ineffective. I usually varry within the Elseve line or L'Occitaine ( a bit expensive so very rarely).
Vit A and E are good for hair strength. Ive heard olive oil applied as hair mask works miracles but have never gotten the guts to try it.
