1. Eligibility

   • The competition is open to individuals aged 18 and over.

   • Only one entry per person is permitted.

2. How to Enter

   • Submit one original photograph of Menopause Matters magazine, displayed for sale in a shop, to [email protected] by 16th July 2025.
     

   • The photograph must be your own work and not previously published or entered in other competitions.

3. Submission Requirements

   • The image should be in JPEG format and no larger than 10Mb.

   • Entries containing offensive or inappropriate content will be not be considered.

4. Deadline

   • All entries must be received by 16th July 2025. Late submissions will not be considered.

5. Judging and Prize

   • One winner will be selected at random from appropriate entries.
     

   • The prize is one year's subscription for the print version of Menopause Matters magazine. No cash alternative is available.

6. Copyright and Usage

   • Entrants retain full copyright of their image.

   • By entering, you grant Menopause Matters a non-exclusive right to use your image for promotional purposes relating to this competition (e.g. on our website or social media), with credit.

7. Data Protection

   • Your personal information will only be used to administer this competition and will not be shared with third parties.

8. General

   • Menopause Matters reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel the subscription at any time.

   • The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

1. Eligibility

   • Your social media account must be public at the time of entry and for the duration of the competition.

2. How to Enter

   • Post one original photo of Menopause Matters magazine, displayed for sale in a shop, to [Instagram/Twitter/Facebook/Tiktok] using the hashtag #menopausematters and tag @menopausematters.

   • You must follow @menopausematters to be eligible.

   • Caption your photo with a short title or description if desired.

4. Data and Contact

   • We may contact the winner via direct message to arrange prize delivery. Your data will not be used for any other purpose.

5. General

   • Menopause Matters reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel the competition at any time.

   • The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
