I joined ww in July last year sruggled for so long to lose weight. The old plan was good and the new one is good good.The difference is that fruit is now free (you had to count it in your points before the new plan)
Takes a bit of getting used to counting everything now this is the interesting bit....July -Feb I have now
lost 26.1/2Lbs Im not hungry. I have treats enjoy the odd meal out.
You do have to want to follow this diet and you do have to be mentally ready too.
I still feel I need tolose anothe stone and I have allowed myself anoth year to do this in.My weight comes off very slowly but off is off no matter how long it takes.
Good luck if you decide to go ahead .Oh and I find going to WW meeting helps me keep on track.
