Hi Helenmelon1974
Sorry to hear the fuzzy head is getting worse for you , I can only go off my own experience.
When I stopped the estrogel my symptoms definitely increased for a while the fuzzy head did get worse , the first 4 weeks were the worst but I stuck it out and that feeling subsided and I was left with just the hot sweats.
If it’s only been a couple of days maybe give it a bit longer, but if it’s unbearable only you can decide if you need to re start it .
Did the fuzzy head only begin on estrogel or was it one of your original symptoms of menopause, you may of already tried but maybe patches won’t have this effect on you it might be worth considering a change in hrt if you haven’t tried already or it could be your dose isn’t right it’s very difficult to know and it can become a constant game of I am too high, too low , is it a side effect or a menopause symptom not being controlled on hrt , frustrating and exhausting at times .
Also depends if you are peri or post .
How long have you been on hrt? Has it helped you with other symptoms.
I can only suggest giving it a bit longer to see if it subsides but don’t suffer if you can’t stand it maybe try a different method of hrt .
Wishing you all the best I know it’s very difficult to get hrt right x
