Electronic toning belts
« on: February 26, 2025, 10:13:21 PM »

Hi, does anyone know if those electronic toning belts give you a strong core (like the Slendertone)? I need to strengthen my core to help with my prolapse so I don't want to be doing any exercises that put pressure in the abs or pelvic floor due to my prolapse. Thank you.

Think they're a waste of time tbh
Can you do sitting down stomach exercises? I can't do sit ups because of a bad neck and back, I just sit on a chair, clench my stomach muscles whilst arms out in front of me pushing forward,it really works too,I'm slowly losing my spare tyre
