Of course it does, as a retired medical secretary I ought to have worked that out  :D  ::)

I was advised by The National Association for Pre-menstrual Syndrome [NAPS] to eat every 3 hours as sudden energy dip can cause those awful sudden anxiety symptoms.  For me it was intense nausea, I knew where every waste basket was in every shop! 

So the biopsy experience is out of the way >tick<.  Some find that keeping a mood/food/symptom diary of use.  MayB ask for a referral to a dedicated menopause clinic, there are waiting lists both in the NHS and private sectors.  In the mean time, browse round.  !

I had 'valium' to dissipate anxiety which has the ability to floor me, used the evening B4 an event that I was unable to get out of : visiting family : 5mg got me through the day, I never required the 5mg that I could have taken !  Now I have an emergency go-to med [name escapes me].  Let us know how you get on.
