Mine has been buzzing. Loudly
. Slightly behind my head
as well as in my ears. Shaking my head doesn't rid it. Occaionslly feeling quite weird [well more weird] this week. Fortunately it doesn't keep me awake!

3 nights ago I stopped taking the statin as I think it's contributed to the noises around the back of my head [DH tells me not to tell any1 about hearing noises, 'look what happened to Joan and Bernadette' ;-).
I'll update U when I know for certain , fortunately the tinnitus didn't wake me but has in recent weeks, stopped me getting to sleep

Do you think stress makes tinnitus worse? I have it on and off. But a bit of a stressful time at mo and l’ve noticed it every day this week, louder than usual too.

It probably can be made more noticeable with stress. I never know how long mine's been whittering away behind me
or whether it becomes louder as the day goes on. It's there but not as loud as last week - I don't think

This has been stopping me going to sleep so 8 days ago I stopped taking the statins. The noises are still present but less. Behind me - oh no they're not
and are worse by night time.
