Well balanced on oestrogel but intolerance to hot weather
« on: May 17, 2022, 09:49:11 AM »

Just wondering if anyone else has noticed this - I feel very well in general on 4/5 pumps of oestrogel, oestrogen levels just under 600. But I seem to be not tolerating the hot weather like I used to. It feels a bit like I did when premenstrual back in the day. Wondering if it's a common thing and also following on from another thread whether it's when the pump packs start dishing out less oestrogel.

I think it's the sudden heat followed by cold etc..  I'm finding it 'too much' this morning and I'm not on HRT  ::)

Gnatty I'm on Evorel patches, but in the last week I've noticed I'm swelling up in the ankles and legs a bit with the hot weather (I've had heart checks, etc and told all normal, not to worry), I did think I'm usually more tolerant of the heat than this.

I'm wondering too whether its more noticeable soon after applying the gel. Do you notice yours is worse when you first change your patch?
