Brevail supplement

Has anyone tried Brevail capsules?
In the past, I've used Femarelle (and I would use it again but I didn't renew them after I finished) but I've just come across this other supplement online.

I haven't used Bravelle (I didn't know it could be used for Menopause?).  How did you get on with  Femarelle Recharge?

Brevail is a supplement that is marketed for menopause amongst other things - plant lignans.
I really like Femarelle Recharge, though!

I do take lots of flaxseed with my breakfast, which is supposed to balance out the oestrogenx
