? try this evening ? or B4 6.30 a.m. prior to change over?

I did manage to get through later in the morning. Spoke to the nurse responsible for him. Reception was poor so we didn't get to say much but he hasn't shown symptoms yet/needed any oxygen.

Could be a false positive then Katejo.

The PCR test has an increasingly poor reputation and some hospital's are no longer using them to test staff.  Too many self isolating after false positive results.

I hope so but I don't know which type of test was used.

It is about the test being taken correctly, how fast it is processed and if there is a hold-up in the Lab.  :-\.  There are certain tests that care homes no longer use due to their unreliability.

My Dad's tests weren't done in a care home. The 1st one (negative) was done on admission to hospital from home with a chest infection. The 2nd was done about 10 days later and was positive.

I don't know what the incubation period is of C-19.  Have read anything from 5 days to 24 days ........

How is your Dad now?

Manchester City say they are disappointed after defender Benjamin Mendy breached Covid-19 rules by hosting a New Year's Eve party.

A spokesperson for the France international said the 26-year-old held a dinner party with guests from outside his household.

The mixing of households indoors is banned under the UK government's tier four restrictions.

City said they would conduct an internal investigation.

Shouldn't this be a Police matter?

I would say no, police have better things to stop happening. I suppose some kind of Inspector, like Health and Safety, to simply get the names and video evidence, then it can be shipped straight to lawyer/solicitor for processing of payment?

Think they're worried about a new strain which has been found in South Africa.
They think the vaccine won't help with that one. It needs tweaking apparently. 🤷‍♀️
Scotland has already locked down from midnight tonight.

Scotlands lockdown seems to be the same as our Tier 4 restrictions. Work from home if you can. Only  meet with one other person outside etc etc. I thought it would be more like our original one in March?
