Severe Vaginal Itching and Soreness

I'm just wondering if anyone can help me.  I suffer from severe itching down below.  I have tried so many things and I've even had a biopsy done!  Canesten and barrier creams don't work unfortunately.  I've had swabs done too!

Desperate for some advice please!!!!!  :( :( :( :(

Could it be vaginal atrophy?

Are you using any local oestrogen?
