Is estrogel being absorbed
«

Hi wonder if anyone can answer my question please. I put my 2 pumps of estrogel on in morning, well rubbed in. At night when I have my pjs on it sometimes sticks to where my gel had been. Could this mean Iam not absorbing gel. Have been on 5 weeks but don’t really feel any difference. X🙂

I find it sticky sometimes too particularly when it's hot. What are your symptoms? If you still have flushes you need a higher dose but others seem to need a build up. It took 3 months for my anxiety and insomnia to go. Of course it's possible you don't absorb it well but I don't think you can make that conclusion because of the stickiness.
