I have worn makeup...it hasn't made it worse. Doc gave me an antibiotic gel which seemed to be working. Then I had a HUGE ****ly hot flush the other morning then spent the morning outside (with work ) ...and either one or both of these has made it flare up again despite my factor 50 suncream...grrr...
