Hi everyone,

I'm new here.  I'm nearly 48 and my menstrual cycle has changed a bit this last year but not every month.  Sometimes my cycle is longer by a week or 2 and heavy or normal.  Occasionally it has been early and as short as 16 days.  I hate the unpredictable nature of this.  This month period was 2 days late but only lasted 2 days and light and then stopped. Now I feel awful, tired, grumpy and period pain like it will start again but nothing.  I use an app to track it. 

I don't have any other symptoms yet, I appreciate I am lucky. 

What have other people experienced?

Pretty much the same as you describe.   The Change - does what it says on the tin  .  I would miss months then bleed 'regularly' though often lighter and with no pain.  2-3 years possibly.  Then it all stopped ........
