Other than alcohol no pattern for me, what aggrevates my reflux one day doesn't the next and so it goes. Really seems to be hormonal pattern for me although some months (weeks) worse than others. x

I love fresh orange juice, but it doesn’t love me at all. It just triggers acid in my stomach, much the same as coke.
I do drink Kefir milk in the morning and I think it really helps in putting good bacteria back into the gut. I use to take a probiotic but  I think that the kefir milk does the same thing, and I really like it although it can be an acquired taste. The kefir yogurts are nice too.

I haven't been able eat oranges or drink orange juice for years.  Might as well drink battery acid!
