Painful teeth and gums should be looked at by a Dentist.  As oestrogen levels drop off, muscles may become lax which includes the gum area.  The bone in the jaw requires something to work against, similar to walking to preserve long bone density.

'bonjela' is helpful for gum soreness.  Pain relief is good for dental pain.  VitD levels can be checked by a blood test.  When I had low levels I was tired beyond words.  Capsules helped.
