Ear cartilage
« on: July 31, 2020, 09:22:14 AM »

Woke up this morning and my ear hurts, not ear ache inside but the hard cartilage between inner and outer ear. It hurts and clicks if I pull and move the ear then goes all warm.  Anyone had this please, do i need a visit to the doctor, well telephone consultation?

I've had that when I sleep heavily on the affected side.  I put 'vaseline' or similar on several times a day and give it a wriggle.  Although I try to remember to sleep on the other side, it rarely works because I turn over  ::).  It hasn't lasted long for me.

Just been back to the doctors for the second time this week as I was in so much pain and it is an ear infection. Got some AB spray and its feeling better already thank goodness, as im off on holiday Thursday and the last thing i want is a temperature at the airport.
