You are allowed to mention them but not to post links which have an online shop/buy now facility.

I can't help with the cream I'm afraid.

Wondered about anyone on hrt patches and how finding them, I am keen runner but seem to be getting lots of injuries . Hoping not to do with hrt softening ligaments. Could just be to do with lockdown and running more outside . Like how skin looks but not sure feeling much different . Interested in hearing anyone else and positives / negatives

Hi ggore - welcome to the forum.

I've never heard of HRT softening ligaments. It does help with the stiff and painful muscles/joints which tend to happen as oestrogen levels drop. It depends on how far you are into meno and your age maybe?

You might like to introduce yourself under New Members where more members will see it and welcome you. Sometimes posts get missed. Any more questions just ask away. I've been on HRT patches for thirteen years - I'm 66 now and would hate to be without them.

I'd not heard of that cream, but it looks interesting - have you tried it?

Hi robotwars, I did try this but sadly I don’t think it did anything. It was a nice moisturising cream but quite pricey. I think I convinced myself it was going to work and to begin with I felt brighter, more positive. Maybe another reader has tried it too?
