Often I notice it and wonder how long the ear/s have been buzzing  and when it's really loud I do ask DH is he can hear the noises

Thanks so much everyone.  It's early days so see how it goes.  I was just concerned that the ear drops had caused it as they get bad press on line which I wish I'd read before I took them.
