My husband is delighted I'm on this forum now,he said it's saving him a fortune on my binge buying because of my low moods and boredom lol.
Seriously though he does have a point it really lifts my spirits when I read all the good things the ladies do to try and help each other, the negative posts make me despair though.Theres no place for them here.xx

OMG ditto the binge buying due to low mood. Often in the middle of the night then panic when mountains of parcels arrive. I haven't done it so much lately. That's probably why I feel like I've got nothing to wear because my binge buying usually involves clothes.  ;D

I couldn't agree more about the negative posts. So distressing and unnecessary. We're a group of women from all walks of life at different points in our menopause journey but i would imagine most of us have been in very difficult dark places at one time or another. It's really uplifting to see everybody coming together to help each other through. From the light hearted mood lifting threads to the information we can't get from our doctors and the emotional support when everything feels hopeless. It's brilliant and I love it xxx

It'll be a kestrel if it hovers, the only UK bird that does so.

Much of the same today.

12 months ago we had a bumble bee nest under the shed close to where I sit.  Spent hours watching them in and out ....... wasps are collecting water from the top pond.

Pretty birds.  Slightly larger than a thrush.  The effort it must take to hover  :o  ::)

Our fruit blossom hasn't attracted many honey bees this year.  Bumbles are in and out.  A wasp was feeding from the bilberry flowers today.  We have another blue tit nest to watch  8)

The size of this bee the other morning on the back of the patio
window curtain, was huge!
I was so scared sliding the door open and trying to flick him out, he
just wouldn't let go, thought he was glued on.
then one good push, and a little screech from me, and he took off.
My good deed for the day done. ;D
