Mexican Worry Dolls
« on: January 06, 2020, 08:05:31 PM »

The Ultimate Alternative Therapy at the last chance Meno Saloon.

I succumbed. I have bought some. From Oxfam (so they're like 100% genuine mexican). For £4:95. They are under my pillow, the little fellas. In a bag. Like little wicker men wearing stripy jammies.

Tonight I will whisper my (many) aliments and anxieties into their little ears. ' Make it stop little fellas' ' Take me back to my carefree 30 something self'

I will report back ladies.

All the way from Mexico  ??? .......... What is inside them ....... or are they wooden.

I used to bang my head on my pillow as many times as I required to get up the next morning and it worked! Probably because my background brain was holding on to the time I needed to get out of bed?

Some dolls are made to put pins into, as many as for the number of people that have upset the owner .

The dolls you put pins in are voodoo dolls. You make one of the person who has hurt you, then stab it.
Not very 'light and love' ... but, sometimes needs must, I guess.  :o
