Hi. How long have you been taking it for as it's usual to give it three months before you know whether it's the right one for you? I found that, for me, HRT made no difference to my anxiety but joint and muscle pain/stiffness did improve after a month. I'm on patches though which do work faster. Have you had blood tests to make sure your joint pain isn't due to another cause?
